THE ORGANIZERS PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

1.     Presentations, seminars and symposia: rental of halls and equipment for presentations, seminars, symposia and business meetings and other events

2.     shipping and forwarding

·         Loading/unloading operations;

·         Customs clearance;

·         Transport and storage of packaging and containers;

·         Transport and storage of exhibits in warehouse under Customs control;

3.     CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: the Shipping Department of International Fair – Plovdiv can take care of temporary import for all exhibits. Exhibits classified as goods with potential dual use require temporary import permit by the Joint Committee for export control and non-proliferation of mass destruction weapons.

4.     ADVERTISING: advertising can be published and distributed in the following ways:

·         full/part page in the Catalogue of Exhibitors

·         outdoor advertising within the ground of International Fair  Plovdiv

·         banner on the web page of the exhibition
